Certificate 3  Guarantee and Higher Level Skills (HLS) Program

 

The Certificate 3 Guarantee and Higher Level Skills program is a key initiative under the Queensland Government’s five-year training reform action plan, Great skills. Real opportunities.

The Certificate 3 Guarantee provides a government subsidy to support eligible individuals to complete their first post-school certificate III qualification.
The Higher Level Skills program provides eligible individuals with access to a subsidised training place in selected certificate IV level or above qualifications, and priority skill sets.
 

Funding is currently available for several Beauty courses offered by the AAHB with Queensland Government contribution. Students are expected to contribute to the cost of the qualification through a co-contribution fee detailed in the table below.
